Premier Medical Spa of Lufkin Policies and Etiquette 


Effective upon re-opening: The following policies and guidelines have been established to help ensure the health and safety of our clients and staff during this time. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

  • We will be staggering appointments to allow time for proper sanitation in between clients and we will not schedule more than 3 appointments at a time.
  • Clients are encouraged to wear a mask while in the office.
  • Strict social distancing and hand hygiene should always be followed.
  • If you have had a temperature above 100.4F, chills or any other contagious condition (pink eye, flu, strep etc...) or exposure to a known contagious condition within the last 72 hours, please notify us and we will reschedule your appointment.
  • Additionally, we will be pre-screening all clients prior to appointments.  The above policies will remain in effect until further notice and could change without notice. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work towards providing a safe environment while adhering to strict sanitation protocols.


FIRST VISITS:  Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to check in and complete your intake forms. 


FACIALS AND FACE TREATMENTS:  It is best to arrive without makeup, lotions or serums applied to your face or body, if body area is being treated. 


DELAYED ARRIVALS:  We will do our best to accommodate your full appointment, however, if you arrive late service time may be shortened to avoid delaying other guests. Delayed arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. 


PRICES AND PROMOTIONS:  We take pride in offering the latest technology and services. We work to keep our price lists up to date, however, prices are subject to change without notice. Special promotions and discounts cannot be combined with any other offers. 


We accept clients of all ages, however, services will require parental consent before services can be rendered.


We ask that only those that are receiving services accompany you to your appointment. 


Many of our services require jewelry to be removed prior to the service. Personal belongings are the full responsibility of the client. It is recommended that valuables such as jewelry are left at home. Premier Medical Spa of Lufkin is not responsible for lost or stolen items.  


We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 


Our goal is for you to be happy with the services you receive! Prior to your treatment, we want to ensure you understand the specifics of the treatment as well as the risks and benefits associated with the service.
